1. What are the requirements to lease an apartment?
At Home Apartments does not discriminate against residents or prospective residents based on race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, or age. At Home Apartments does, however, require favorable credit, an unblemished criminal report, previous housing background check, and a monthly income three times the monthly rent.
2. How do I rent an apartment at The Reserve?
Our leasing office is in the entry at The Reserve. Simply call to make an appointment to see the floor plans and finishes up close and answer any questions you may have. You may apply online or in person when you are ready. Preview the availability and pricing online in preparation for your appointment.
3. What are The Reserve's lease terms?
Your lease agreement will be for twelve (12) months, then continue on a month-to-month basis with a 60 day notice (two full rental periods) and Notice to Vacate form required. Refer to #11 below.
4. What is The Reserve's pet policy?
We welcome dogs and cats at The Reserve. You may have up to two (2) pets and be required to pay the pet fees listed below. Dog breed restrictions apply.
5. What fees are refundable?
We require a $45 application fee. This fee is non-refundable and covers the necessary background and credit checks. The security deposit(s) are fully refundable and will be returned to you the month after you move out less any costs associated with damages, cleaning, or unpaid rent.

8. Does At Home Apartments require renter's insurance?
No, we do not require renter's insurance, however we strongly recommend obtaining it. Our insurance policy only covers the building itself, and not your personal belongings. Most car insurance companies offer you the option of renter's insurance, which can sometimes be cheaper when combining it with your vehicle insurance.
9. What happens if I have an after-hours maintenance emergency?
We offer 24/7 emergency maintenance so when those issues do arise...we've got you covered!
10. What if I have to move out before my lease is up?
We do offer a lease-buyout option if the situation does arise. All terms and conditions should be discussed with your property manager.
11. How much notice is required to end my lease?
We require a written 60 day notice to vacate (2 full rental periods). Example: Your lease ends on 10/31 and you wish to vacate that day. We need to receive your written request to vacate by 08/31.
12. Does At Home Apartments allow sub-leasing or airbnb?
We do not allow sub-leasing or Airbnb rentals at any of our communities.
13. Is The Reserve smoke-free?
Yes, we are pleased to offer you smoke-free living.
14. Does At Home Apartments offer furnished apartments?
No, we currently do not offer furnished living at any of our communities.
15. Does At Home Apartments offer resident referrals?
Yes! We encourage it - and offer a rent credit for any resident referrals. The applicant must be approved, sign a 12-month lease, and they must indicate your name at the lease signing as to how they found the apartment.

The Reserve community includes heated underground parking, parking for your guest, plus a surface lot.
$200 refundable deposit; $30 per month rent for one cat, two for $50.
The Reserve has a two pet limit.
Utilities will be paid by the resident.
